Ce duo, composé de Jiang Nan (chant et cithare chinoise guzheng) et de Dalaïjargal (chant diphonique mongol et vièle morin khuur), fait dialoguer les traditions musicales de la Chine et de la Mongolie dans un spectacle d'une beauté saisissante.

Surnaturelle, la voix dédoublée de Dalaïjargal s’élève dans les airs, se mêlant aux vibrations presque humaines de sa vièle à tête de cheval. Ensorceleuse, Jiang Nan fait rugir les cordes de son guzheng, donnant vie à un blues venu des profondeurs du Fleuve bleu.

Entre créations originales et réinterprétations des répertoires traditionnels, YIDJAM est une invitation au voyage, porté par l’intensité des vents des steppes et la poésie des rivières lointaines.

This duo, composed of Jiang Nan (singing and Chinese zither guzheng) and Dalayjargal (Mongolian overtone singing and vièle morin khuur), brings together the musical traditions of China and Mongolia in a show of striking beauty.

Supernatural, Dalajargal’s double voice rises in the air, blending with the almost human vibrations of his horse-headed viel. Enchanting, Jiang Nan makes the strings of her guzheng roar, giving life to a blues from the depths of the Blue River.
